Frustration Training with Autodesk. a.k.a. What is WRONG with that library handling?

1. I select "Create New Electronics Library"
2. "Create New Symbol"   - FOO

3. "Create New Footprint"   - BAR

4. "Create New Device"  - FOOBAR

5. Add symbol FOO, add footprint BAR, connect pins.

So far, all good. Now for the fun.

6. "Create New Package"  I create a DFN-4 package.

Here, the input fields are extremely difficult to enter data into.
It is not possible to TAB between fields, so every field needs to be selected manually with the mouse. TEEEEEEDIOUS!
It is not possible to put the cursor at the front (or rear) of the value in a field and select it all, then click delete, to make room for a new value. It can be done, but require TWO mouse clicks. One to go to the actual field (front or back), then ANOTHER to mark the value so it can be deleted.
However, not all fields are created equal, it seems. The above is true for the Min/Max values in the picture above.
The "d" and "e" dimensions work like regular input fields (and can also be tabbed between).
Very strange user interface, non-standard and hard to use.
Now, I have my package, so I select "Finish". I'm asked "Do you want to finish the package and add to the library?"
That's why I'm here, so I select, "Yes".
It then asks me if I want to save the changes to my package.
Actually I don't. I don't care about that package, I just want it into my library.
But, after a few attempts, I've learned that I HAVE to save it.
7. I save the package as instructed with the weird IPC standard name.

But.... Now what? Where did it go? And, where did my FOOTPRINT go???
The footprint disappeared from view (but is still listed), but the package is nowhere to be seen.
There's two ways to go now.
A. Try edit the footprint and see if it's still there in some way.
B.  Save the Library and try to reload it to see if there is anything there.
I try B and proudly save "Library1".
Now, the footprint is shown again, but no 3D package.

I have better things to do than to be paying Alpha tester for Autodesk, so I quickly try A,  and "Edit Footprint".
There, is my footprint, sound and safe.

But, where is my DEVICE now?
And my SYMBOL?

There's no way to get back to my FOOBAR. My only options is the CREATE options at the top.
I give up, say some words I cannot repeat here and close Fusion Crapotronics.
