Do you have a specific question related to the pictures you posted?
It looks like your copper/copper clearance is set too big in the DRC settings for this footprint. Please check with the manufacturer you want to use and enter the correct value. If DRC still fails you will need to use a different footprint which most likely require you to choose a different package.
