Dummy model in My Editable Documents

Hello,

since severall months, I got a dummy model in my list of My Editable Documents, see capture

The document exist in folder Admin/Grelieu, but I still have this dummy one... and it is marked with rolling search icon and when I put my mouse over it, I have the message "Document is still uploading".

Is it a bug ? how could I remove it (I want to keep the existing one)
