Create Schematic Symbol with Pin Names And Pin Numbering

Hi,

in Library Editor I want to create a symbol with pin names and also pin numbering like shown in p1. However, I find only a way to show and edit the pin names like in p2. How is it possible to number pins like in p1?

the manual is explained. Select the number and function display (both) in the contact properties.

The pad numbers never appear on the symbol in the symbol editor because they don't exist until the connections are mapped. They become visible in the device editor once that's been done (providing you have the right visibility as Yura says)

Thanks for your quick reply. I had to create a package first and put it together with the symbol into a device. Then when I use the device there is pin numbering. So everything is fine.
