Adding eagle schematic and board design data from external source to my own projects.

Hi all,

I have some Eagle design files (schematic and board) which were made by another company. I now want to add these to my projects folder. Simply creating that folder and adding the design files into that is not working.

How should I go about that?

If you want the folder to be a "project" rather than just a folder, then you need a (valid) eagle.epf file in it.

Thanks one-of-the-robs,

I do have the eagle.epf file. I created a new project and added the sch, brd and epf file into it and now I can use it as expected.
