Same problem for me too on Firefox and Chrome.

Even in login screen. I have tried around 5 times to login. I also had same error while registering. On the second try for registration it said you are already registered. Is it just for today or regular error?

Hi,

I have registered and I'm trying to design a PCB. It show the error most times I click through different parts of the website. It's been doing it since I registered 2 days ago.

Thanks,

Hi,

Same problem for me. I tried to login with Opera, Chrome, Firefox..

The error is gone when I refresh the page, but when I try to log in I get the error "502" again.

The same problem exists in the application on Windows.

I hope it problem resolves as soon as possible

I am also getting 502 Bad Gateway.

I am logged in but cannot create / edit or do anything on the site.  Chrome from a 10.13.3 (17D102) OS mac.

Same problem here. When clicking 'edit' the response is either '502 Bad Gateway' and after refresh '500 oops something went wrong'.

Also on the project overview page the schematic doesn't appear half of the times and the window just shows the animated blue dots suggesting it's 'gathering the data'. Any advice? (win 10 - Chrome)

Same. Can't log in. Sometimes it gives "502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.8.0", sometimes site interface gives "Error logging in with ADSK"

Sometimes main page circuits.io gives "502". Sometimes clearing cache helps to reload main page, other times not.

But never lets me log in. Tried Chrome, Firefox, Yandex browser, even IE, on 2 PCs, also with 2 proxies, with an old and this new one accounts.

Have no problem logging in on any other autodesk forum\site.

This thread is here for a week with no attention from administration. So that's fun.

Hello Everyone,

Thanks everyone for reporting the issues you are running into. I wanted to have something more concrete before posting. It looks like we have had some serious issues with our circuits.io servers. 33% of them seem to be down. We are investigating it right now, but still don't have a solution. We are still working on it.

As soon as I have more info, I will post again.

Sorry for taking so long to respond, next time I'll acknowledge the issue immediately and jump in periodically even if I don't have any solution but at least you guys will know we are working on it.

Best Regards,

Ok Guys,

I have been told that it should be working now. Please clear your caches and try again. Can everyone try right now and let me know if you are still having issues?

Hello @Anonymous,

I hope you're doing well. Even if it's slow it's OK as long as it works. Right now our concern is that the service be working, we can always optimize the speed of the service.

Please let me know if there are any other issues with the service not working.

Hi, I get this error.

After I created my register, I was redirect to https://circuits.io/users/auth/adsk/callback, but has a 500 error.
Then, when I try signin, I get the message "Error logging in with ADSK".

Help me, please.
Thx

Hi @Anonymous,

What happens if you got to library.io? Does that work better. The circuits.io site at this point is deprecated and all of the EAGLE 3D stuff now lives on library.io.

Let me know if you continue to run into issues.
