Why does Eagle ground polygon not connect to one pad while others work?

I have a problem with a ground polygon in Autodesk Eagle.

All other GND pads connect correctly to the ground plane, but pin 3 of my MAX30003 does not. An airwire from this pad to GND remains even after running RATSNEST.

Does anyone know what could cause Eagle to ignore just one GND pad like this?

Hi @martinbiro614 ,

So the GND pad isn't connected physically that's why you have the airwire. By default, all pads need to be connected. If there are internal connections you can specify that in the Connect menu in the component in the library. The default is the safest option and you can get rid of the airwire by just routing it.
