Strange object in Gerber Output

Eagle version is v9.2.2, but I don't think it has anything to do with the version.  This was the first design I was using the arc trick to get flat caps, so maybe that's a clue.

In the PCB design, if I zoom to fit, it zooms way out and I can't even see the board.  I can't visually see or select anything outside the board outline.  I used the design manager to see if any rogue traces or polygons would show up.

In the Gerber output for the top layer, clearly something is there.  It looks like a polygon, and it stretches way down... like 100times the width of the board outline.  I attached some images.

Hi @Anonymous,

I hope you're doing well. That is really odd, what I can recommend for now is to turn on all of your layers and group everything manually. Do a ctrl+c to copy it and the open a blank board and copy your board over into the fresh board. The idea is that hopefully this procedure will leave behind the hidden object and you'll have a good board that you can now save as the same name as your schematic and preserve consistency.

Before you do this, please send me the affected file for review. We would like to analyze what this hidden object is and how it got there. I'll DM you my e-mail shortly.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

Thanks - I tried that and oddly the same artifact is copied over... getting permission from my client now to send the files.
