Visibility States are Different Outside of Block Editor

Hey y'all,

I am struggling with visibility states not working on this specific block. Within the block editor, they look great, but outside of the block editor, they do not seem to show in the correct visibilites. What do?

I believe the issues are caused by the nested dynamic blocks.  Once they are exploded the visibility states work.
