Window Dynamic Block HELP!!

I am trying to create a block for one style of window to use for the elevations in our drawings. Currently, the block we have has Lookup properties so you're able to select a width THEN a height. The issue with this is if a 3056 (width & height) window is drawn with this block, we may not have it in stock, so what I'm trying to do is set it so you can select 3056, 2460, etc. from one Lookup action rather than select one then the other. Also, we like to show the window size along with whether it's an equal/oriel sash within the window itself so that it's clearly visible on the elevations. I'm pretty sure the window size & sash note needs to be defined by an attribute definition for it to mirror correctly without flipping the text.

I've given it my best shot and when inputting all of the dimensions into that single lookup parameter, the tab to select the size disappears when testing the block. Also, I can't seem to figure out why the "sash" note won't appear either.

I've attached the file for anyone willing to help out. I greatly appreciate any help anyone has.

Thanks!

The Lookup1 grip does not show because the lookup table is 'read only' and does not 'allow reverse lookup'.  The table is read only because you have a blank in the lookup property row for <Unmatched>.  That row must have a value to 'allow reverse lookup' and for the grip to appear.

You had a couple issues with your sash note.  I'm not sure why it wasn't showing up in the double-hung visibility state, but I selected it, right-clicked and selected 'show for current state' and it now does show up.  If you want it to show on the casement as well, then do the same with that visibility state active.  You also had the sash note annotative so when it showed up in model space it was huge.  You didn't have it added to the stretch base action that keeps the other note centered.

See attached.

Thanks for the response Libbya!

I ended up figuring it out about 30 minutes after posting this. I've created dynamic blocks before, but it was mostly just adding visibility states, so I've never done anything to this extent.

I'll attach the file I have now for what I had in mind for a finished product.

Once again, I appreciate your help and for you taking the time out of your day!
