When i insert a block it gets mirrored horizontaly and turns off o-snap

hello everybody,

first time posting a problem here so if i'm missing information please feel free to ask.

When I import this dynamic block a co-worker made and I try to snap it to the center of this circle (radius 5) it turns off the o-snap and some lines are highlighted. Also it flips the block horizontally. There is no function in the block that does that. When I try to snap the block to the center of a circle with another radius (radius 10) it works normally and this wont happen. I think it had something to do with that the block is drawn with a standard radius of 5. Because it only occurs so far when it is place on a circle with a radius of 5.

I recently switched to autocad 2024. i never had this problem with older autocad versions

I am working in the full autocad version.

is there a setting i can change so this will not happen anymore?

At the command line type AUTOPLACEMENT. Change the variable to 0.
