Variable Scalable Duct Riser block

I have a block for a duct riser, it has 6 visibility states associated with it

I would like to be able to scale it in the X axis a dimension and the Y dimension with different distance (12x18, 18x24 etc)

I started out using a generic block full size @ 6"x6" applied all my geomery to accomadate the visibility states needed.

when i set the stretch X axis the hatch does not play nice and same for Stretch Y axis.

any ideas , i am sure I am missing something along the way.

Attached is a screencast that shows how to do what you would like.  If you would like specific sizes, add a lookup and the necessary values to control the two linear parameters.
