Use scale parameter in 3d dynamic block with Z value is constant

Hi,

I have a surface and I want value of Z axis is a const value when I change scale parameter. Please refer to below photo for more information.

How can I do?

That's no problem. You must not include the surface in the selection set of the scale action., only the arc, And of course the surface must be assoziative to follow the arc.
