Title block with Parameters/Actions

I have created a title sheet in the past which has A0-A4 sheet sizes and using the visibility, scale and move actions so that the title block suits each size. I'm trying to recreate this for myself and think  I've followed the same instructions (obviously not!!) but for some reason it only works for A0 size and jumps off the sheet for the rest of the sizes.....and it's driving me crazy. 

Can anyone have a look at the block and see what simple thing I've missed or what I've got wrong....I've watched a few tutorials etc. and just can't see what I have missed.

See attached a working example.

You needed to have included the Distance1 parameter and Scale1 action within the selection set of the Move6 action.

I tidied some other bits up for you as well.

Removed unused lookup actions.

Removed visibility parameter grip as you are changing visibility state with the Lookup3 action.

Added a default state by changing "Custom" to "A0 Landscape" on the <Unmatched> row within the Lookup3 action.

Moved and renamed the "Workings" visibility state to the bottom of the list.

It would be sensible to rename the parameters and actions to better describe their use.
