Text Value Increase with Dynamic Block Array Action

I've made a dynamic block of a drawing sheet which contains an attribute of the drawing number.  The block has an array function and I would like the attribute value (i.e. 11) to incrementally increase by 1 with each array position. 

I tried following a similar forum question in the link below but it lacks explanation.

I made THIS video couple of years ago. It shows a bit different way of how to do it.
