Text and Polar Stretch

How to I get the text to stay orientated at "horizontal" no matter how much the tail stretches at different angles? Please see the clip.

The Polar Stretch is causing the rotation.  Use a separate action to relocate the text/attribute.  (like a Move or Stretch)
