Stretching in proportion to something else

I create many similar sheds as part of my job, and that includes simple elevations. I'm trying to create a dynamic block that will allow me to simply specify its width, height and roof pitch and all the views will match. I have it mostly figured out at this point. I have set up different visibility views for the different roof pitches we use, and I have made both the front view and side view stretchable to achieve the correct heights and widths. The last thing that I can't figure out is how to adjust the side view roof height in proportion to the front view. To put it another way, the roof height changes depending on the width of the building, and I need to figure out how to make the second view show that height change. I have attached a couple photos showing the problem I'm having, and will include the CAD file as well. As you can see in image one, when they are at their "standard" position the roof top lines up. Once I change the front width and the roof gets taller, they aren't in line (as shown in image 2). Thanks in advance for the help!image 1.JPGimage 2.JPG

You can enlarge the stretch window for the peak stretch and then add the roof to the stretch selection set.  See screencast.
