Stretchable Section Line Block

can someone help me with this problem. 

so here I created a section line that can be stretched on both sides using stretch action. but every time I use the stretch, this is what happens:

btw I use multiple stretch action with different distance multiplier so that the basepoint is always at the center and the lines and the gap in-between will have 3/8, 1/4, 3/8 proportions.

Logically your block should work fine as it was created, but there is a basepoint bug that creates issue in the actions of chained parameters if you act on the basepoint directly.  The solution is to have the basepoint moved by a chained point parameter and then any actions you would want to affect the basepoint are set to act on that chained point instead.  See screencast.
