Stretch SSM Det Bubble in DB w/ Leader Landing

I have developed a detail bubble with leaders that uses the detail number and sheet number from SSM.  I am able to stretch and rotate the the leaders from the arrowhead, stretch the landings, and flip a text callout from side to side.  I am having trouble setting up a polar stretch that moves the detail bubble and leader landings while leaving the arrow heads in place.  It kind works but the leader becomes disjointed at the landing...unless the move stays in line with the direction of the leader.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The flip doesn't seem to do anything.  Anyway, here's a screencast showing the step-by-step to fix the leaders.

The flip actually controls the DETCOMMENT attribute.  It has no default text but can be filled by double-clicking on the block.

I tried  had no luck using the landing on a QLeader; both the leader and landing would rotate.  But I noticed you got it to work without any polar stretches. Ugh, i wasted a lot of time after seeing your approach
