Strecthcing textboxes using parameters

Is there a way of stretching a text box in a block using the stretch parameter? I have attached the file I am trying to get this working on. The rectangle and wipeoit stretch but i have to go into the text editor to stretch the textbox. I would like to keep this as multiline text

No there is no way of stretching a multline text box using a stretch parameter
