Shift Nested Block when block flipped

Could not find the answer with the search, so likely searching wrong

I have a nested block with attributes. When flipping the block, the nested block also flips CHANGING the location of the attributes

1) I know I can create more visibility states, I'm trying to avoid this

2) there should be a a way to link the nested attribute to block via a point move

See if I can explain this

Attributed nested block (ATT1) (ATT2) (ATT3) is center aligned to midpoint of object in main block. When I flip the main block, the nested block becomes (ATT3) (ATT2) (ATT1). In lieu of "flipping" the nested block, I want to move it to the new "flipped" mid point location of the main block to so I can retain the correct order (ATT1) (ATT2) (ATT3)

You need to attach the drawing as well so we can have a look at it and suggest workarounds.

EDIT:

A workaround would be a DOUBLE LOOKUP.  Put point moves on your three parameters chain the moves to the flip and in the double lookup put the position of where the point moves go. See the attached drawing
