what is the drafting standard for when using 2, 3 or 4 section bubbles that referencing to one detail or section???

Are you asking how to link more than one bubble so they display the same value?  You can have one attribute that is edited by the user and each of the other attributes can contain a field that references the user-edited attribute.  After a regen they all display the same value.  

You might also be asking how to link a callout to an actual sheet set view.  In that case you would use an appropriate sheet set placeholder field in each attribute.
