Rotation in dynamic blocks

 I'm using ACAD LT (by way of full disclosure we use BricsCAD for everyday work and ACAD for createing blocks, Brics won't create a dynamic block but seems happy enough to use them).  I have a block that looks similar to a Nuclear Symbol, with a letter (an attribute actually so I can change the letter on the fly) for each arm.  I need the letters to rotate with the block.  I've read several posts on this and other forums and I was able to make one letter rotate but not all three of them.  What am I missing?  I have several of these blocks to fix/improve (they are splice capsules I have a 2, 3, 4, 6 way splices).  Optimatly I'd like to have the letter stay horizontal too.

That's 100% what I needed.  Thank-you.  Now.... How did you do it?  Can you explain it to me?  I need to do it for 3 other similar blocks

1. each attribute must have unique name

2. attributes must have   Lock position - Yes

I remove attributes from rotation action. For each attribute I add chained point parameter with move action to moving attribute. This point parameters add to rotation actions.
