Rotation grip does not move along with stretch

I have a problem with stretching a telescopic crane.

Whenever I stretch the rotation grip does not move along.

The stretch action is working fine except the rotate grip either does not move, or the center of the rotation parameter moves with the stretch so this creates a wrong rotation.

It probably has to do with a simple/correct selection set.
