Rotate a Block Property table

I've tried to include the block property table with the rotate action but that doesn't seem to work. I then included it into the Point parameter, no luck.

I'd like it to follow the rotate parameter so it's at the end of the cable tray at all times.

@jlogan208

Sorry J but I've been building dynamic blocks with block property tables since 2010 and I have never seen a solution for that. I also discovered that the grip tip (Table Description in Properties palette/Property Labels) has never worked either from day one. These two bugs seem to be in all versions of AutoCAD 2010 (when the block property table was introduced) right up until today's AutoCAD 2021, and seemingly this is true in all AutoCAD's flavors.

The block properties table grip will ALWAYS remain at the same position within the block relative to the base point of the block.  The only way to dynamically move a block properties table grip is to dynamically move a base point parameter within the block.

So, base point and block property table near each other.

Thanks for the replies, guys.

You can place the base point parameter directly under the block properties grip location and then move the base point parameter in the manner that you would like the block properties table grip to move.  That can cause other issues in the block, so be forewarned.
