Revision text in dynamic title

Hello,

Can someone please help me with the attached file? I am trying to add more revision boxes to the title block. I have tried using the dynamic block parameters, but it's not doing what I want. 

I would like to be able to add as many revisions as I want, but with the posibility of editing the text. I don't mind having to rename each box, therefore don't look for something complicated (like the block could auto insert the revision in alphabetical order).

I've been trying to do this for a while now... but without a luck.

Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Doing what you're asking can be done with visibility states and lookups. To add more revision text you'll have to rename each attribute's TAG to something unique. i.e. _G, _H, _I...etc. You can see this when you go into block editor. Also you'll have to add more visibility states and the lookups.
