Raster to Vector conversion image lines non editable

we are trying to import raster PDF in Autocad ,but drawing lines are non editable. Request you to kindly help us to resolve this issue. We are testing it with Autocad 2019 trail version.

AutoCAD has no ability to convert Raster PDFs: you will need to purchase a third party program from another vendor to do that.
