Question about standardizing blocks for different page formats

Hi, 

I have a question about standardizing blocks with dimensions for different pages.

I wrote a block in autocad, the dimensions are also written in the block. I wrote the block with dimensions fo an A3 format. Is it possible to use this block in A0 format, sodat the dimension changes along the page size?
