Proportional Dynamic Block

Provide instructions to create a dynamic block exactly as shown in the GIF.

 

It should stretch proportionally in width and height - including the hatch.

I have tried to copy the video. I am using AutoCAD 2024 and when I try to do the second stretch (Stretch1) I don't get the option multiplier/offset come up. How do you get these to appear?

Also, my stretch markers dont look the same - no arrows just the squares with actions shown on them.

Note:

If the command line does not give you the [Multiplier/Offset] option, change the BACTIONBARMODE variable to 0 (zero):
