Problem with lookup parameters

Hi, I dont know where is problem with multiple lookups in my dynamic block?
Can anyone help? Thanks 🙂

Your lookup 8 the first two items said 1-1-2

I've changed that. I've also hidden the properties of the double lookup and the visibility state.

I've also made the double lookup present in every visibility state

Hwalker mentions the main error (no 1-1-1 state on lookup8).  Another lesser mistake that isn't mentioned is that row 5 on Lookup7 has a lookup property of 2-1-4 instead of 2-1-1.  You need to take care with those lookup properties.  They must match exactly between the two tables.
