Problem with Dynamic Block Attribute - unexpectedly orientation od attribute

Hi Everyone, 

I cant find a solution for my problem so i decided to new post. 

I've got problem with orientation of text in attribute. When I copying and pasting a block in model, change values and rotating as I need, some of rotated block unexpectedly change orientation of text - as left in screenshot below. Does anyone know what I do wrong? Please help - its irritating. Correct is tabbed in red.

I opened the block in 2018 but wasn't able to make it malfunction.  I made multiple copies of it with many different rotations.

I agree, in first moment, everything looks fine, but after normal work in drawing, some blocks going to damage. I don't know what causing this, regen, close, open file? I only noticed, some blocks with 4 lines attribute, after damage, is wider than others with 2 lines attribute

I have noticed that issue (bug) with multi-line attributes that have been rotated.  I don't have a solution.
