Polar Stretch, Rotation limit

Hi I am trying to limit the rotation on a polar stretch between two points but i am having difficulty because the rotation passes through the 0 degree's mark. I want to limit between 32 degree's and 350 degree's (clockwise). 

i have drawn a basic block to show what i am trying to achieve.

Perhaps a crutch like the attached (?)

Of course, you could also separate your polar stretch into a linear parameter/stretch and a rotation using a rotate parameter/action.  A rotate parameter would allow you to limit the rotation to your desired angles but allow all angles between.
