Polar array change the radius form thedynamic block

Hello every one …
I need to make a polar array inside a dynamic block i can change the no of items easily 
but I need to change the radius of the array within the dynamic block parameter
can anyone help me about that ??
I need the radius to appear in the quick properties like the (no_of_items) that I have made

i have tried to make it path array and put the linear parameter for the path but it don't work
can you explain what you have made ??
it seems that it isn't simple
