When i create a block with visibility action everything works well.
I test the block and everything works fine too. On the other hand, when I insert the block, the action point is really far away from the block. Can someone help me?
Point of action is not in the right place

Post your block so we can have a look at it.
Also have you updated your version of AutoCAD to the latest version?
