Please help for the dynamic block.
I think this might be workable. An Arraypath within the block with its "path" controlled by constraints. A couple user parameters to calculate the number of objects in the array and spacing using the overall length and a maximum (Max) spacing value. The Total_Length and Max values can be edited in the properties palette after the block is placed.
One thing I couldn't get in there was the flip action. When I put it in it would work once and then stay that way. Might be that instability issue of mixing parameters and constraints in the same block.

Confirmation.
I have also never managed to get a flip action to work in a constraint-controlled block.
BTW: Constraining the both construction lines to be horizontally would increase the stability of the block.
