Parameters to scale a dynamic block evenly

I'm probably being lazy here, but I figure someone will know the answer to this quickly.

I have created a block that's the shape of a rectangle for instance, and I want to be able to click on it and scale it up or down.  I can get that to work using the Scale parameter, but it doesn't stay on snap points.  So once I scale it, it's not on snap.  How do I set a scaling parameter and when I drag it, it scales on snap??  Thanks!

Change the details of the linear parameter which the scale is attached to. See the highlighted area in the image below
