Needing help with dynamic blocks

is there a way to have a polyline inside a block follow along a line outside of the block. for example the initial block has a straight line, after placing it there needs to be a curve along the line before having it continue straight again. is there a way for me to do this without exploding the block, and having the lines inside the block keep their layer properties. Typically there are multiple lines inside the block all needing this curve, so rather than having to explode the block, and do a fillet command 70 times, can I make the lines needing to curve do so while still in the block. any help with this, would be greatly appreciated.

Is the curve the same all the time or is it variable?

If it's the same it could probably be done with visibility states

Would you please show us an (or some) example(s) so we can see what you want to achieve?
