Need Help with creating a Roomname block

Hello Guys, 

I wanted to create a Block wich contains 2 Attributes. First The Room name, with a border around it wich automatically stretches with the Text (just like how it is possible with normal Multilinetext) and below the Roomname, an attribute with the room area, position of the Areaattribute can be moved. Additionaly I would like to change the width factor of the Attributes but I cant, the option is greyed out and locked, it doesnt matter where I look or wich Font/Textstyle I use.

I thought this would be easy (like with normal Mtext) but it seems that it is unreasonably complicated.

I think you are out of luck with the border of the attribute text resizing automatically.

It is easy to have an attribute show the room area (using fields) and allow it to be moved (using dynamic parameters/actions).  What part is giving you trouble?

You can easily change the width factor of multiline attributes, same as mtext.
