Multileader with block and mtext

Hi

I was able to create the multileader with a block but I can't get the text next to it to be editable if I make it part of the block is there another way that I can have the multileader with the box and the text next to it to be one ? I included an image and the text with the red cloud is what I need to be able to edit.

Any ideas?

Try not to duplicate the post in different forums. Please try to maintain a single post to get a better solution to your question🙂 Duplication the question would just confuse you with different solutions provided in different forums.
