Multileader attachment with arrow?

I am trying to create a multileader style or dynamic block which behaves like a multileader with insertion point attachment except with an arrow pointing towards the block.

I want a spline with 2 cvs, and an arrow which is always pointing to the center of the attribute (in this case, a modified version of  _TagSlot )

Attached:

On the right is visually what I'm trying to achieve, on the left is the closest I could get with a multileader style.

Setup your initial leader

Add point moves to each spot you wish to have future adjustment capability over

Add a linear stretch cpoly around the leader joint area and point move

Select both the leader and point move

the point move will be used to adjust the faux leader

I have posted a CAD Standard.dwg  file and call blocks in this forum both of which show what you are trying to do.

Thanks for the information, however I am still scratching my head over this. The linear stretch control polygon does not work with a slot shape, I can't seem to keep the arrow aligned with the center and I do not know how to add stretch points to fit points of a spline leader. What I'm wishing for is simply a multileader with an arrow at the other end of the spline that always points toward the text as you drag it around.

I've looked through your cad standards file and call blocks sheet and I can't find anything similar.
