Moving end of line in a block

Hi

I'm trying to create a dynamic block that consist of a manhole and explaining text. I want to have a line that originates in the manhole and goes to the box with the explaining text. The text-box should be able to move and I would like to have the line to follow the text-box.

I have created the text-box and made it moveable, but I can't seem to find anything about bein able to just move the end of the line to follow the text-box.

Can anyone help?
