I have this existing dynamic block at work that I want to edit. I'm still newish to CAD, especially with dynamic blocks. I want to add another feature to this block where the text (R) which is a separate text block from the number (01), but still moves along with the number. The number text block has a point parameter and move action. I also want to make the text R an attributed text. Help!

Try if >>this<< meets your goal (I'm not sure if I understand you right).
At about 1:55 I move the block geometry 6 units away, because sometimes the Move Action and the Point Parameter are hidden behind the wipeout. If you can right click the Move Action without problems (to modify its selection set -> add the new created attribute definition) this movement (and back) is not necessary.
