Move actions don't follow chain action

Hi all,

I'm new to AutoCAD and I'm trying to create a dynamic block where I can adjust the distance between rectangles.

The purpose of the block is that when I adjust Distance1, Distance2 and Distance3 follow. So Distance2 & 3 don't need their properties or grippoints showed to adjust. I tried chain actions but Distance2 & 3 never follow.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a better way to do this? I wanted to use an array action but I read that you can't adjust the array distance so that's a bummer, it would be a lot easier I think.

In the posted block, the Distance2 and Distance3 parameters absolutely DO follow the movement of Distance1 AND they in turn move the two topmost rectangles.  Try deleting the Distance2 and Distance3 parameters or the Move1 and Move actions to see the difference.  If you were expecting the Distance2 and Distance3 parameters to always be equal to Distance1, then you would have to make some accommodation for that to be the case.  

All of that said, there is no reason to even have the Distance2 and Distance3 parameters.  If you just want equal spacing then delete the Distance2 and Distance3 parameters.  Then associate the orphaned Move1 and Move actions with the Distance1 parameter (you might need to change BACTIONBARMODE to 0 in order to see them after they are orphaned).  Then adjust the distance multiplier of the Move1 and Move actions so that they move the appropriate distance.  See attached.
