Lines not printing or viewing correctly!

This is the first time I have had an issue using blocks I have used for years. Nothing changed in drawings terms.

Please see attached, one view as they look and print, the other view which is correct but only shows symbols when navigating the view holding the scrolling wheel.

Thank you,

How about posting the file so that anyone attempting to help you can see the setting?

Did you change the visualstyle?

Thanks, I checked Visual styles and that does change the view BUT I have never had to do that in the past.

Has there been an update with views etc in AutoCAD to cause this?

Thanks,

I changed the view style to another which showed the lines but that has now affected the pen styles and how the PDF comes off?

Always post the file.  The cause/solution is easy and I immediately knew what it was as soon as I was able to play with the file.  Without playing with the file it would have taken many, many guesses.

There are two wipeouts in your dynamic block.  The draworder is set for them to be in FRONT.  Send them to BACK and it displays (and I assume plots) correctly.

Annoyingly enough, I thought it might have been that but that's the only thing I didn't check prior to posting the thread!!

At least the thread is there for others to view now.

Thanks for the quick responses.
