Linear Stretch changes Visibilty

In the attached dwg, the block on the left uses a linear stretch parameter to change the visibilty state. The profile changes as the depth of the U hanger increases. Distance is set to change visibilty state via double lookup. This method works with right side (r) profile only. I would like to toggle between side and front (f), and be able to stretch the profile as needed for allowed sizes in either view. The block on the right has the front views built in, but I cannot figure out how to configure the lookups properly.

End result:

Pull down menu - Side view or Front view

stretch up to change profile

Thank you

Quick question. When in Front view, if you stretch up, then stretch left/right, then stretch back down, it will not stretch down. It only works if the width is the original size. Any suggestions? Thanks

The block Ojuris posted works fine for me.  Maybe you added the input point parameter to a stretch action or added a basepoint parameter that is being moves without moving the input point?  Post up the problem block and I'll see if I can figure it out.  Nice block BTW.  I would add a plan view for framing plans.

Here's your block with a flip added to the side view and a couple other minor glitches cleaned up.

I have a block (attached) that is built very similarly to the one in the orginal post. I am using a linear stretch parameter to change the visibilty states. I am having issues switching between the default vis state ("4-r" and 4-f") (when vertical stretch is at the smallest dimension). Any suggestions on how to fix?

Thanks

I can't give you a good reason. It should work as is, but it just doesn't.  I tried re-working everything and couldn't get it going as is.  It just doesn't like the 2-13/16" value.  Change that to something else and it works fine.  I went with 2-7/8" as that is the height of the front view and then adjusted the side view block and it works fine.
