Limited values, labels warning

Hi,

I'm making dynamic block with limited value. I want to make to appear label or warning if my linear parameter is, for example, min value is 40, max is 200, but then value is 140 I need some warning or label that measurement is above 140, because we are manufacturing from wood and from 140 is changing material ?

Thanks for your answer

No problem.  See screencast.  Let me know if you have questions or get stuck.

Lookup double lookups here. You need to make it. It's just two lookup actions connected together

I don't have screencast, but below are two images which should help

In the first I have made a copy of LOOKUP SET and called in LOOKUP2 SET.

Right Click on the copy of your lookup set and then choose PROPERTIES.

Now look at the second image

Click on the ACTIONS section and then click on the little square to the right of LOOKUP. You can now add another lookup

Hi @algirdas.kaupas25

AutoCAD out of the box doesn't come with a Double lookup. You need to create one🙂

Check this link on how to create double lookup: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/dynamic-blocks-forum/how-to-make-a-double-lookup/td-p/5785708

You have the values wrong.  In the screencast that I posted I used the range values of (,145) and [145,).  Notice that those are commas and not periods.  Also notice that the second range value starts with a bracket and not a parenthesis.  The way that range values work is described in the autocad help (with errors in the writeup) and I have described on this forum where a search will find it.

On a side note, it seems strange to me that you marked all the posts in this thread as the solution except my posts that contain the screencast that actually show how to do what you asked to do.
