Light Switch block with 3-point arc for switch leg

Hello all,
I'm relatively new to AutoCAD, so I don't know if what I'm asking for is possible. I've educated myself on Dynamic Blocks by tearing apart many examples found here in the forums, but I haven't seen any examples of quite what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm looking for ideas on how to create a Dynamic Block for a light switch, that contains the switch leg as an arc that can "attach" to the light fixture at the other end. I'm envisioning behavior similar to a "connector" in a Visio drawing, where once you attach the connector at both ends, you can move the items around on the page and the connector stays attached, then you tweak the path of the connector with its handles.
Ideally, the switch would have a rotation action to allow you to rotate it perpindicular to your wall (I've got this part down with double lookup tables to keep the text oriented the way I want), and have one end of the arc stay attached to the switch as you move and rotate the block, and then have two other grips on the arc for attaching the other end on the fixture, and adjusting the midpoint for your desired radius.
Is this possible? Any ideas would be appreciated.
