Isometric Flip & Rotation Parameters Issue

I have a minor problem that I'm sure is simple to solve, but I can't find a solution.

I have created a pipe cut isometric block containing a flip and rotation parameter (fixed 60 degrees). The block's default position is a SW view. I can drag the rotation grip to rotate 60 degrees fixed counter-clockwise to the NW position. Good. I can then click the flip grip to flip to the SE position. Good 3 out of 4 positions. From this point I cannot drag the rotation grip to rotate 60 degrees clock-wise. I can seem to achieve a simple four position quadrant orientation using flip and rotation parameters. What am I missing?

Is this what you are after?

Originally didn't need the vertical rotations, but maybe I should make that available too. So thanks, that solves the problem. I still don't have a full grasp of the rotation parameter properties and there use, but that means more practice.
