Is there a way to stop the "Edit Attributes" window from popping up when pasting a new block into a drawings?

Hi there,

Is there a way to prevent the "Edit Attributes" window from popping up when pasting a new block into a drawings? I haven't come across anything saying that window can be prevented from popping up yet. Attached is an image of what the window looks like for clarity.

Try Typing ATTREQ on the command line and set it to 0

Change the property 'preset' property of each attribute to 'yes'.  The window only pops up if there are attributes that are not preset.
