Is dynamic fillet rotation possible?

Hi I'm trying to make a block that is an L shape with a 4-value fillet in the corner of the two lines. Then I would want to rotate the top line so that the angle between the two lines could be anything. BUT at the same time I would like to retain the fillet between the lines? Is this possible?

Here's one way to do it.  Use an Angle constraint between the two line segments and then auto-constrain the lines and curve together. Then add a radius constraint to hold the curve radius as it thru the different angles. (set its grip to 0)

I'm not that good with constraints so also wanted to give it a shot.
This is one without dimensional constraints, only geometric.

Thanks! Both of these seem to work adequately 🙂 If I might ask a follow up question, would similar be possible for a sheet metal L profile block drawn with a "hollow inside". I tried to use similar constraints but didn't quite get there. Also if the length of the sides of the L were stretchable, it would be a bonus!
